Our Pirelli-specific rear suspension linkage for the ZX10 is designed for improved weight transfer to the rear tire mid-corner, which enables greater grip and improved tire wear for Pirellis over the OEM link, or any other link we’ve seen for the ZX10, frankly. The link will inspire greater confidence in the rider by virtue of the improved grip, translating to faster lap times.
This link is designed to be a direct replacement, meaning no changes are required to the shock or spring in order to realize its potential. It is intended for the 2016+ ZX-10R/RR. The bike’s ride height will not be altered by installing the link, and the shock can be run exactly as with the stock link. That said, small adjustments to the shock length and spring are often beneficial in optimizing suspension performance, but swapping over to this link is not a difficult task — there are no hidden costs.
The linkage comes complete with fresh OEM bearings and seals installed, a setup sheet, and is hard anodized for a long service life.
