A few seasons ago, our road race team stepped up to Kawasaki ZX6-R and ZX6-RR motorcycles, thanks in no small part to their sponsorship by Pro-Caliber Motorsports of Vancouver, Washington. We fabricated several components for these machines, which we now sell.
Perhaps the most involved project was our exhaust system. We created two versions, one for our 600s, and one for our endurance bike, a 636. Both systems are unique, featuring specially designed and tuned mid-pipes, and multiple muffler configurations, selected according to track parameters. Together with a custom fuel delivery map, these systems truly gave us significant horsepower and torque gains over the entire rev range. Both systems netted us over ten additional horsepower, broadened the power peak, and massively boosted mid-range torque. Because we developed this system exclusively for racing, making no compromises for highway use, short of a motoGP machine there is simply no other exhaust system like it out there, in design, appearance, or power.
